Wait Til Next Year - WTNY 29: Kristallnacht 2- Electric Boogaloo
Wait Til Next Year
The guys over at Pun's House bring you quite possibly our most depressing offering to date. A Mets fan, a Cubs fan and a Twins fan give you their take on our nation's pastime, and depending on how the season turns out, possibly our first on air suicide. Fun!
Despite his Jersey roots, Solly now hails from outside of San Diego, CA, where his disdain for the locals – particularly in traffic – is always amusing. His shrine to Sylvester Stallone is topped only by his love for the New York Mets. Unfortunately, it’s not 1986 anymore, and both of them now suck. His Giants, however, are still winning NFC Titles, and unlike 25 years ago, the Devils are usually halfway competitive, so it’s not all bad.
Solly is an aficionado of manly movies and manlier meals, knowing every restaurant that serves greasy burgers, dogs, and steaks between L.A. and Tijuana. To hell with a kosher.
Born and raised in Central Illinois, Nate's affinity for the Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame Football stems from his family and began at an early age. Now living in Asheville, NC, the love for his beloved Cubbies is being passed on to his children. Needless to say, Nate won’t be winning any Father of the Year awards on that front.
The man who put the Pun in "Pun's House" is still considered a Yankee by his Southern friends, co-workers, and in-laws, but he has developed an affinity for much of the Southern culture, particularly Southern delicacies such as banana pudding, Krispy Kreme Donuts, & North Carolina barbecue.
